The Controller has not appointed a data protection officer (DPO). Data protection duties are carried out directly by the Controller.

2. What data we collect

Depending on how you contact us and use the website, we may process the following categories of data:

• Contact data provided voluntarily when contacting us by phone, e-mail, WhatsApp or Messenger — e.g. first name, surname, phone number, e-mail address, company name and the content of your message.
• Cooperation-related data — information necessary to prepare an offer, a quote or to deliver our services.
• Technical and statistical data collected automatically while you use the website — e.g. IP address, browser type, operating system, traffic source and cookie data (see section 8).

The website does not contain a contact form — you provide data to us solely on your own initiative, choosing one of the available contact channels.

3. Purposes and legal bases of processing

We process your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) for the following purposes:

Some of the tools we use (e.g. Google and Meta services) may involve transferring data to countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In such cases, the transfer takes place on the basis of mechanisms ensuring an adequate level of data protection, in particular standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission or a Commission adequacy decision.

• the right to withdraw consent at any time — without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal,
• the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland) — if you believe the processing violates the GDPR.

8. Cookie policy

The website directsolution.pl uses cookies — small text files saved on the user's device that allow the website to work correctly and make traffic analysis possible.
